Shipping policy

Stay Lit Candles LB LLC works hard to make sure you receive quality candle products and that you receive them in a timely manner. Since we have a limited stored supply, some items may not be available at time of purchase. If this happens it may take up to 12 days for your product to be made and ready for shipment. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as order is ready for shipment. We use USPS Priority mail for standard shipping, which may take 2-5 days. Since COVID 19 and all the issues with shipping, it may take a little longer.

Please make sure your address is correct when placing order. Once order is placed, the item will be shipped to address provided. If for any chance the address is wrong or incorrect, please let us know so we can track the item. If item returns to us, then you the customer will need to pay an additional shipping charge for shipment.
