Refund policy

Return/ Damage Policy:

Thank you for shopping with Stay Lit Candles LB LLC. We take pride in providing quality work and making sure you have a wonderful scent experience. If for any reason you have any issues or failure in our products please feel free to contact us at staylitcandleslb@gmail.com. We do not accept returns on candle products, but if warranted we will replace candle product. If you would like a refund, candle products will need to be sent back to us (shipping is the responsibility of the customer). Once we have received the products than we will be happy to issue a refund. 

Since we have no control over handling during shipping, you may receive damaged/broken items. If you receive any damaged/broken items please contact us at staylitcandleslb@gmail immediately. Please provide photos of damaged/broken items and damaged package. We will send you a replacement of damaged/broken item as soon as possible.

Fragrance Warmers: We will accept returns for Fragrance warmers. Please contact us at staylitcandleslb@gmail.com and we will give you further instructions on how to return this item. Fragrance Warmers must be in original box, no signs of usage or broken and in the condition received. You the customer will be responsible for shipping this product to us. Once we have received and deemed in good condition, refund will be issued.
